The Multi Journal Entry Add-On for Tally Prime
simplifies and speeds up the process of creating multiple journal vouchers in a
single screen.
Instead of manually entering each journal one by one, this feature allows users
to record several journal vouchers simultaneously — line by line, similar to
working in Excel.
Users can enter common voucher details such as Date, Voucher
Type, Ledger Debit/Credit, and Main Ledger Name, and then add
multiple transaction lines for Party Name, Amount, and Narration.
Each line automatically generates an individual journal voucher with an auto-incrementing
manual voucher number, ensuring consistency and accuracy while saving
significant time during accounting data entry.
